rediveMore and more companies are becoming aware of the increasing impact of cultural diversity on all key organizational processes. However, there is a lack of insight into how European companies are adopting to this need for workforce diversity. Recently, the European Monitor for Change emphasized the importance of a proper recruitment process in order to address the challenges of workforce diversity.

The RSM –in collaboration with European partners – launched a study to enhance our  insights into successful best practices and to increase the effectiveness of workforce diversity.

For this study, we would like to ask your participation.

If you are a HR executive or recruiter and you are willing to help, we kindly request you to fill out the survey. The survey can be accessed via this link.

Your help in gathering information on the diversity best practices is of course much appreciated.  In return for your time invested, we offer you free access to the international research results. We will also keep you informed on the progress of this project and its further activities.
